Marion DesRochers and her husband, the artist Michel DesRochers, are the owners of the Sooke Fine Art Gallery, in town centre, Sooke, BC. They operate the International Art Club which takes artists and non-artists on tours of the south of France and Spain.

Marion is chair of the Sooke Community Arts Council and sits on the District of Sooke's Program of the Arts Committee. She is a key organizer of the annual Sooke Fine Arts Show. She is one of the main coordinators of the local BizNet business networking organization in Sooke, along with Paul Thompson (motivational speaker).
